- Give at least 5 hours’ notice when cancelling.
- Owner Aaron’s appointments require 14 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service.

Two schedules under one roof.
The barbershop and lounge keep different hours. Online booking is recommended for haircuts; walk-ins are accepted when a chair is available. Coffee is served throughout lounge hours, including at night. Event nights can change the usual lounge rhythm.

Late policy
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
- An 8-minute grace period is allowed for delays.
- Arrivals more than 8 minutes late may need to reschedule and are charged 100%.
- Call the shop as soon as you know you are running late.
